Shaheen Jafargholi has revealed that Stevie Wonder complimented him after Michael Jackson’s tribute show on Tuesday night.
The Britain’s Got Talent star sang ‘Who’s Lovin’ You’ at the memorial, the song he previously performed to pass the first televised audition of the reality talent show.
Jafargholi told The Sun: “Stevie Wonder was really nice. I was in his dressing room for ages playing games and messing around.
“I was introduced to him and he could have just said hello, but he was so nice to me. He told me I had an amazing voice. It was amazing.”
Of his performance, he continued: “I was quite nervous. [Jackson] was lying there in front of me, his family were there. I had to do him proud. I was there because he was a fan of mine so I had to be on top form.
“It was really tough, but I got to say goodbye and pay my respects in a way that no other person could.”
Jafargholi added: “He will always be a legend and he touched so many people’s lives. Nobody will ever fill his footsteps.
“I’ve got a few meetings this week. I want to do what Michael Jackson did and touch people with my music. Work hard and you never know.”

yesterday was not only very moving but to many it was full of surprises, one being Britain`s Got Talent contestant Shaheen Jafargholi and his amazing performance covering the Jackson Five hit “Who’s Lovin You.”
Shaheen’s performance was truly amazing and received a great standing ovation.
Kenny Ortega said, “Shaheen was invited by Michael to join him in his London shows so I just wanted to introduce him to everybody and to say thank you.”
We have a feeling that the young star is really going to make it big.
Everybody has been talking about Susan Boyle, but since Shaheen’s outstanding cover of one of the Jackson’s five hits yesterday, all talk of Boyle seems to be have shifted.

Michael Jackson had originally seen Shaheen Jafargholi on YouTube and had been so impressed that he inviting him to perform with him during his series of comeback concerts at the O2 Arena.
Unfortuanatly Shaheen Jafargholi gets to sing not at his idols concerts, but instead at his memorial service.
RIP Michael Jackson

Shaheen Jafargholi has said that he is nervous but honoured to be playing at Michael Jackson`s memorial today.
The 12-year-old Britain’s Got Talent star was flown to the US with his mother to perform at the ceremony in Los Angeles, The Sun reports.
Jafargholi said: “Michael was a huge inspiration to me. I’m nervous, but I’m honoured and privileged to have been invited to perform here.”
A source said: “Michael saw a clip from Britain’s Got Talent on YouTube. He thought it was fantastic and was even considering getting him on stage to perform with him at some of his O2 shows later this year.”
Simon Cowell said: “It’s an incredible honour for Shaheen. Michael was his idol. We’re so proud of him.”
Amanda Holden added: “Shaheen has a truly remarkable voice. I have no doubt Michael Jackson would have loved that he’s there.”
Jafargholi performed in the West End Thriller stage show before reaching the final of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent.

Piers Morgan has said that Britain’s Got Talent judges are not given any prior information about auditionees on the show.
During the last series, critics had suggested that some elements of the programme had been scripted or pre-planned, a claim denied by contestants and producers.
Morgan told The Futon Critic: “Simon Cowell, the creator of the Got Talent format, he’s absolutely adamant we should never have any warning from the producers about what is going to come on stage in terms of their ability because, you know, sometimes we might get told their name and that’s about it.
“What Simon believes and I think he’s absolutely right is that if you have prior warning that someone’s going to be great then you don’t act surprised. I mean, why would you, you know?”
He added: “If we knew Susan Boyle had a voice like an angel we wouldn’t have been pulling all those faces and being rather condescending towards her.
“We would have been thinking, well let’s give her a couple of seconds to sing and then we’ll all know she’s great.”
